    "content": "Then there is the other matter of including the Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Vice- Chairman of the Parliamentary Service Commission, and Members of Chairman’s Panel. These are fresh considerations which we must submit before the SRC and there is one matter which one wonders where it was left – our retired Vice-President has never received his retirement benefits. He was forgotten even in this irregular proposal. So, what we are suggesting is that all these matters, because now they appertain to remuneration, could the Attorney-General take them to the SRC? I sympathise with hon. Membrs who were caught by payments in the past where they were advised wrongly but it can be done legitimately and it must be separated with fresh demands and that is what we will propose as a way forward, and I want to support the withdrawal of those sections of those Bills."
