    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the issue of SSMB, where the hon. Member is laying the foundation of his point of order, it is true that if you can look at the SSMB’s mandate currently, it is only Nyayo and Kasarani stadia. The reason is that most stadia land is owned by municipal or county councils. So, the only way SSMB can come in is through contractual agreements. That is because they cannot buy land to build stadia. But that is an arrangement of the past because we are already going to the counties. That is what we are already looking into in our Vision 2030. We want each county to have a facility."
