(a) Under what circumstances did adulterated fuel from a fuel importer find its way to the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) system and the market? (b) Were the necessary quality tests done on the fuel and if so, could the Minister indicate who did the tests and table the results of the tests? (c) Who released the fuel to the market, how much of it was released and what is the ministry doing to ensure that this does not happen again, and that the super petrol in the market is safe?"
