    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This Question has been on the Order Paper twice. Initially, I directed the Question to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation but when officials from the Ministry visited the project site, they discovered that the project was not under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. It is the Ministry of Water and Irrigation that re-directed the Question to the Ministry of Regional Development Authorities. I am reminded that this project is under the Lake Basin Development Authority."
