The other factor is that the rate of crime is also higher in Kigumo because it borders Aberdare Forest. So, there are criminals who come from certain parts of Rift Valley like Nakuru and Gilgil to Kigumo. Having said so, we are still short of OCPDs and we promise to do something about it."
