    "content": "I congratulate hon. Pesa for bringing this Motion to the House. We know that during the last Parliament, this House passed a Bill relating to pension payments. We legislated to the effect that once one has retired from service, the pension due to that particular individual has to be released within a month. That is what we passed in this House. It was not passed in any other parliament but in the Parliament of Kenya."
