    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think the point that has been raised by hon. William Ruto is very important. We have the Minister for Education. This Motion is actually directed to the Ministry of Education. It is now going to the Office of the Prime Minister because there are other issues in respect of which there must be consultations. So, since the substantive Minister, whose capabilities I know is here, why do you not direct that he responds to debate at the end? We want somebody to respond to this debate."
