    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the status of the buildings is nothing to write home about. They are in very poor conditions. You know iron rarely rots so the pillars are still standing and the superstructure is still recognizable. The cement face has been eroded for sometime but because the basic superstructure is still there, I think you can build on it. That is why it is so important that the experts in public works should do a very careful assessment of the condition of the buildings, what they are worth and how much we need to complete them. We are still waiting for that information from the Ministry of Public Works in Kapsabet and the hospital. As soon as that is available, then we shall be able to know exactly what their conditions are and what we need to complete them. I urge the hon. Member to help us speed that process."
