    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Member for Gwassi for raising this matter of the state of dilapidated roads in his constituency, I wish to bring to the attention of the Assistant Minister that heavy rains and flash floods have caused havoc and destroyed the road infrastructure across the country. I have in my possession official data from the Minister’s Office stating that the damaged road network that is usually catered for by Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) will require only Kshs500 million to repair."
