Apart from the fact that the money allocated for the loan is not sufficient, what measures has the Ministry put in place to make sure that the prospective beneficiaries of this scheme get information on time, so that they are able to apply on time in order for them to benefit because they are always cut off in terms of time? So, they need adequate time. What steps or measures are you putting in place to ensure that they get information on time and they are able to apply, so that they can benefit?"
