Is it in order for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya to categorise Members into some who are patriotic, by implication, and others who are not patriotic, and also say there are those who are anti the Constitution? How can you be anti the Constitution when we have all sworn to protect and defend that Constitution? Is it in order for him to imply that there are some people who do not respect the Constitution?"
