    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Sub-section 2 of Section 10 says that if the Minister fails to lay the report before the National Assembly as required under this Section, the Controller and Auditor General shall forthwith submit a copy of the Report to the Speaker of the National Assembly to be presented by him to the National Assembly. So, I am urging the Chair to take advantage of that provision so that we can have the advantage of having the Auditor-General’s report tabled in the House to be committed to the Public Accounts Committee for the eventual disposal by the House."
