    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me then remind the House that we are not working in a vacuum. We have the rules with us – rules which were passed in this House. I would have expected that hon. Khalwale and hon. Mungatana would have raised the concerns that they are raising today when we were debating the rules because the rule is very clear that a party shall nominate for election under these rules any number of candidates not exceeding three times. So, as long as the number you have brought to us is not more than three times your slot, then you are perfectly within the rules."
