    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I believe that this is something we need to approach with very sober minds. We should not consider political party affiliations or anything of that sort. This is about the Political Parties Registry that we are setting up. We are saying that you should actually deposit lists of your party membership with the Registrar. If we do not remove that amendment, it will mean that the Register is null and void. It is of no use at all because you can be in one party this afternoon, move to another party tomorrow morning and move yet to another party in the following day. So, there will be no need to keep a register."
