    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the major highlights of this Bill include, firstly, to supervise and control legal education and training; and, secondly, to advise the Government on matters relating to legal education and training. As we said while moving The Kenya School of Law Bill, there has been a proliferation of institutions training people in legal education. We need a regulatory body to regulate and set standards in legal training, and carry out a supervisory role."
