This is because here you have a situation where a Member of Parliament is making a claim or an assertion in the House, and we take what Members say in the House as being truthful unless it is proven otherwise by some tangible evidence. You also have the claim by the DC. As far as I know, in the hierarchy of leadership in this country, a Member of Parliament is higher than a DC. So, I do not see on what basis you have chosen to believe the DC and disbelieve the hon. Member of Parliament."
