    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is exactly what I was doing. Looking at a similar Bill done by our colleagues in India, you cannot even vote against a position held by a whip. That may sound like we are limiting the Members’ freedom but it is important that even parties have some form of discipline because it is by doing so that you end up with better governance. As it is, I am happy that we have a Bill to serve us for the time being as we navigate through the turmoil or turbulence that now prevails in our country."
