    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Ministry then developed, along with the Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC), four Bills. First of all, there is the National Police Service Bill, 2011, which we are now discussing. There are the National Police Service Commission Bill, the Independent Policing Oversight Authority Bill and the Private Security Industry Regulation Bill, 2011. With the exception of the Private Security Industry Bill, 2011, which is pending review by the CIC, the other three Bills have been reviewed by the CIC and endorsed by the Cabinet for tabling before this House. That is already in place, as you have seen on the Order Paper."
