    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, seven Members of my Committee signed this Report. The hon. Member has raised the matter that there were changes in the Report. I would, therefore, have expected, as the Chairman of the Departmental Committee, that the hon. Member should have been present during the last sitting of the Committee for adoption of the Report and air the same views at that sitting, so that the Report was not adopted. It would have been subject of debate before the Committee and before tabling it in the House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand guided by your direction as to where to go next. Otherwise, as for me and the rest of the Committee Members, our work is done. We are satisfied that we have brought forth a Report with recommendations. It will be the business of this House to go through the Report, satisfy itself, make recommendations, or trash the Report. After all, it is now before the House. I stand guided."
