    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to pay special tribute to the Constitutional Implementation Commission (CIC) and the office of the Attorney-General. You will recall that even long before the promulgation of the Constitution, the Ransely Task Force had already been appointed. However, upon the appointment of the CIC, they felt that they needed to go round the country to collect comments and engage in public participation. I think it is essential the country recognizes the role that is being played by that Commission."
