Member is that miraa is banned in Belgium, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Tanzania and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Miraa is actually a trade commodity, and not a cash crop. There is a difference between cash crop and trade commodity. The Government has encouraged the export of miraa to various countries.
