    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, whether miraa is actually a cash crop or a trade commodity is a matter of opinion. However, the position I hold is that it is a trade commodity. What I am saying is that, in terms of promoting the product where it is acceptable, the Government is helping miraa dealers to sell their product there. I have said that the Government is supporting the exportation of miraa to Yemen, Somalia and the UK, where it is actually sold. It has not been stopped."
