    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, just for the information of the House and the hon. Member, the Government concluded the trade agreements between our two Governments; Ethiopia and Kenya, at the end of November, 2011. So, I do not envisage a situation whereby there will be a delay on either side of the Government, especially on the Ethiopian side. We have been through a lot of negotiations and we have made progress. Also, we have paid the said sum which is almost equivalent to Kshs39 million to the Government of Ethiopia to finance the construction on their side. So, basically, it is only that our Kenyan engineers cannot cross over to do the job, but they have undertaken to do that job."
