While appreciating the Ministry and, indeed, thanking the Ethiopian Government for co-operation in this endeavour, the Assistant Minister has just stated that because of the source being in Ethiopia, our engineers are not able to cross over and work on the connection. In future, just in case some power failure from the source occurs, what steps has he put in place to make sure that there will be no blackout in Sololo? As he rightly said, our engineers will not cross over to correct the problems."
