    "content": "On the issue of discrimination, I would like to state that we do not discriminate against anybody. The Ministry was mandated to re-settle the 2008 post-election violence victims. The forest evictees came in afterwards. So, the Ministry accepted to re-settle those forest evictees and some of the IDPs who were within the settlement area, in terms of integrating them within their communities. Therefore, we are providing full housing for those being integrated as a result of the post-election violence. So, the Ministry is building houses specifically for the victims of the post-election violence, and that is the mandate of the Ministry."
