    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did not say that I will not re-settle the forest evictees. I told you that we cannot go beyond 2008. What I said is that the forest evictees and the integration programme, through which we are re-settling the post-election violence IDPs within communities, fall under our mandate. There are categories of IDPs. The forest evictees will be given materials to build their houses. It is only the post-election violence IDPs that the Ministry is building houses for. So, at no time did I say that it is not our mandate, but there are categories."
