"content": "Hon. Members, before we move to Order No.8, which is the commencement of business, strictly so, I wish to communicate as follows. The business listed under Order No.10, although expected to have matured, I have been informed by both the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs and the Departmental Committee that oversees that Ministry that they were both processing amendments to the Bill, and the amendments have not crystallized. So, hon. Members, it would not serve the intended purpose if we were to proceed to transact Order No.10. So, I will stand it down until both the Minister and the Committee are ready. I have had to bear in mind that last week was a short one and so, we have extended that accommodation. Therefore, Order No.10 is stepped down."
