    "content": "As my colleague said earlier, I intend to bring an amendment during the Committee Stage to exempt sitting Members of Parliament and councillors from the requirement of having post secondary school qualification because of the experience they have acquired over time while serving on those capacities. In this case, we are not particularly talking about sitting Members of the current Parliament, but the issues will come during the Committee Stage."
