    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the Minister that electronic registration is the way to go. I wish he can even shorten that time from three months to two months because we want to improve the business environment. I also come from a tea-growing area and there has been a lot of interest from investors to put up private factories. However, they complain that they are frustrated because of the Government bureaucracy. Could the Minister clearly tell us what is the procedure for those investors who are willing to set up industries in this country?"
