Listening to the Assistant Minister, he has given an indication that the Question does not fall within his Ministry because issues to do with titles fall under the Ministry of Lands. It is for the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife to initiate. There are also other institutions which are not schools and which are located within what were formerly gazetted forests. A clear example, which the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife knows of, is the Chepalungu District Headquarters. It has stalled because the Ministry has not given consent. Will I be in order to seek your direction that this Question be directed to the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife? They need to tell us what measures they have taken to issue titles to all public institutions that are within what were was formerly gazetted forests."
