On part (b) of the question, which is about what steps the Minister is taking to ensure that these institutions are issued with title deeds, you need to tell us the steps you have taken since they were allocated the said land by the Government. I direct that you liaise with the relevant Ministries to show that you are writing to them and requesting for the same. You need to do that about that part of the question. The responsibility falls within your Ministry. That is the direction I am giving. Your Ministry needs to do something pertaining to the issuance of these particular title deeds. You need to bring that particular correspondence. I give you two weeks to deal with this particular Question from now. Could you, please, confirm the same?"
