    "content": "Finally, on the Kenya Police Reservists (KPRs), I want to go on record supporting it. If you live in Laikipia, Samburu or many parts of this country, then the KPR is an absolute necessity. So, I laud again the inclusion of the KPR and its definition in Part 15, particularly, the provision to retrain existing KPRs so that they can conform to the standards demanded by this Act and also the standard demanded by all of us and by the Constitution of Kenya."
