    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This matter is a matter of public notoriety. Everybody knows what is going on. There is something in the Government called “collective responsibility”. Whether this Minister is out of the country or not, the Government does not stop functioning because a Government functionary is on a foreign trip. This is a serious matter and an emergency. This is a matter that the whole country is waiting to hear about. It is a matter touching on aviation, for goodness sake. This is a matter that the Government should be able to come to this House this afternoon and say something about without any further prevarication. This is irresponsibility and recklessness."
