    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is not the first time that this House has discussed this matter. We all remember that it is like committing a sin to work in this country and reach the age of retirement. The mere fact of being given a notice to retire begins to stress you because many people in this country do not live to enjoy their pension. It is for this reason that this House debated and passed the Musila Bill. The Musila Bill made it mandatory for the Government to pay workers on leaving the service, but the Government has continued to work with impunity and defying the laws providing for payment of workers. It is very important that we adopt this Motion and request the Government not to continue disrespecting the workers."
