    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is not a single week that I go home and I am not asked a question by a teacher who is aggrieved, because they are not getting their retirement money. There is something which we also want to urge the Ministry to sort out; there is a team of unscrupulous lawyers who have sprung up across the country, and collect signatures of these teachers and Kshs10,000 or Kshs12,000 from every teacher, on the promise that they are going to have this money released. It is high time the Government made a statement that this payment will be made by the Government to the teachers directly, and not through some lawyers in Nakuru."
