    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is really shameful on this Government that we can have teachers who have taught our children in schools, spending a lot of time trying to get their retirement benefits. I also urge the Government to factor the remaining Kshs14 billion in terms of retirement benefits in this particular financial year. Members of Parliament will be expecting to see that particular amount included in this financial year, together with the interest for the many years that the Government has failed to pay these teachers."
