    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support the Motion. This Motion is very important. We are all aware of what is actually happening in this country. We have lost quite a number of our people on the roads and it is very painful. It leaves a lot of pain to their relatives. Quite a number of our prominent people have perished on our roads. These amendments are very important. I do recall when the late Hon. Michuki introduced some stiffer rules. He really tried to manage the transport sector. If those rules can be re-introduced the way Mr. Midiwo has tried to do, I am sure there will be some order on our roads."
