They wanted directions on whether or not you have complied with the provisions of the Constitution. I indicated that I will make directions after I hear you. To the best of my recollection, I said I want to hear you tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 p.m. Then I will give substantive directions. It is a critical constitutional matter that has a lot of significance. So, it is important that you work hard on it before you come to make your response tomorrow. That is because it has constitutional implications and consequences. It is important that you, as the Minister in charge, address the matter."
