Mr. John Njiraini was the Commissioner for Large Tax Office. Mr. Waweru was the Commissioner-General. Mr. Njiraini is now the Commissioner-General and Mr. Mumo Matemu has become the guru of fighting corruption, the fact that he was forced upon Kenyans notwithstanding. What are the directions from the Minister to the Director of CID to ensure that these directors who are known to have evaded tax are arrested today, arraigned in court and charged with tax evasion? What are the instructions to Mr. Mumo Matemu to go down and investigate the grand corruption that today prevails at the KRA?"
