    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, about four million Kenyans today are using the internet and just last year the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Information and Communications said that we have to actively increase the number of users to a point where operators are able to reduce costs. To do that, the Ministry was looking forward towards conducting a countrywide sensitization campaign in an effort to increase the number of internet users. Could this Assistant Minister tell this House when that will happen because the internet is very important for every Kenyan? When is he going to make sure that all counties are integrated into the internet and ICT?"
