Member’s knowledge on ICT matters and I believe he should know that the cyber optic project that the Government undertook together with other development partners has now reached each and every county and the next stage for this particular project is what we call the last mile where we want to ensure that each and every constituency is connected to the fibre optic. Once this is done, I want to believe that we will have moved these services closer to the rural population."
