    "content": "The Minister will need to look at the report. I will be giving directions on how we will proceed when a Question is referred to a Committee for inquiry. I have formulated an opinion which I will want to perfect before I communicate to the House because there are Questions which linger. If the tabling of the Committee report merely gives information to the House, or does it call for action? If it calls for action then we need to proceed in a manner that will actualize requisite action. So, Minister, perhaps, you want to read that report and let me have a feedback from you even as I move to give directions which will guide this process hereafter."
