    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is known that corruption is endemic in the country, and this Bill, just as the previous legislation that is in place, is meant to deal with the cancer of corruption in the country. In addition to the Constitution, we are encouraged to find a new mechanism for ensuring that corruption becomes a thing of the past. Therefore, I want to thank the Minister very much for bringing this Bill."
