    "content": "(a) I am aware of the promise by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister that the Government will drill two boreholes in Wajir South Constituency. I wish to report that my Ministry, in response to that request, and through the National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation, is mobilizing to construct the two boreholes in Getwab and Dadachabula as agreed with the Member of Parliament for Wajir South. That is alongside a borehole at Blun, which is in this financial year’s workplan. It will completed by mid July this year. I am also aware that Kshs.300 million was allocated for construction of an irrigation project in Habaswein during the 2011/2012 Financial Year."
