But as per the Constitution, no department or Ministry should have more than two-thirds of either gender in promotions, or in recruitment. Could he give disaggregated data or statistics which can show us the gender representation in one Ministry, and also the higher echelons of Civil Service, especially Job Group “P” and above?"
