I think I have touched on the key issues that I wanted to talk about but the final point which I support that the Chairman of the Committee raised is that instead of hurrying to repeal the old provisions when we do not have enough time, it would be useful to re-look at them so that we can have enough time to scrutinize them properly and make sure that the new provisions that are being created are in line with the new Constitution."
