    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister inform the House whether the Ministry prioritises roads that are in very steep places like the Makutano- Kapenguria Road and the Chesongoch to Kapsowar in Elgeyo Marakwet County where the roads are very narrow and the ground is sloped towards the end and any heavy vehicle will slightly overturn if not well guided? Could he also inform the House when he says the Hola-Garsen Road is going to be completed by November this year whether he is aware that in the year that is ending 30th June, Kshs4.5 million was slashed in the budget of that road?"
