I want to appreciate the point of order raised by Dr. Nuh because indeed, a lot of times we go out there in the constituency and find a matter that has been burning in the village and they have tried to get a solution without success. Finally, that Question comes through one of the Members. Therefore, I appreciate that when Questions come here, they are indeed very important. But it is also important to remember that it is not once that we have come here to answer Questions and the Members were not here for very flimsy reasons.
