We had a very clear demarcation at that point between the sides of the House; but we are now in a Grand Coalition Government. We are required, under the new Standing Orders, to have a panel. I could well have done the job alone, but we now require two hon. Members and I do not think the gender is the issue. But I think that was on a lighter note."
