To ensure that learning continues uninterrupted, the Government has made arrangements to immediately release the balance of 21 per cent for the FPE which is Kshs1.85 billion and 28 per cent for the FDSE programme which is Kshs5.15 billion. With this disbursement, the funding for the FPE will be 100 per cent while that of the FDSE will be 77 per cent.
